Organisational Review Surveys - copyright fees

If you use any of the following surveys in your organisation please pay the appropriate copyright fee.

Non-profit organisations using the Organisational Review Surveys as a basis for their own surveys must pay a copyright licence fee of $20.00 for use of one or more of the surveys. The copyright fee is already included in the price of the Organisational Review Surveys PDF (if you purchased one).
For profit organisations must negotiate a copyright licence fee.

Non-profit organisations making multiple copies of materials on the web site must pay a copyright licence fee based on A$0.02 per page per copy.
